At Aikia Flavour Foods Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and cancellations. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellations

We understand that you may need to cancel an order after placing it. Below are the guidelines for cancellations:

  • Cancellation Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this time, your order will be processed, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your Order ID and details. If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will confirm the cancellation and issue a refund (if applicable).
  • Refund for Canceled Orders: If your cancellation is approved, any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

2. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns after the product has been delivered. However, we aim to resolve any issues you may encounter with your order.

  • Non-Returnable Items: All products, including milkshakes, canned cold coffee, truffle cakes, and other food items, are non-returnable once delivered.
  • Exceptions: If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us immediately, and we will address the issue (see section on Damaged or Incorrect Products below).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as per your order, we will take appropriate steps to rectify the issue.

  • Reporting Issues: You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected]. Please provide your Order ID, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Resolution Options: Depending on the situation, we will either:
    • Offer a replacement of the product at no additional cost, or
    • Provide a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refund Processing: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Non-Eligible Returns and Cancellations

  • Orders that have been processed, shipped, or delivered are not eligible for cancellation or return (unless they fall under the Damaged or Incorrect Products section).
  • Products that have been tampered with, opened, or consumed in part are not eligible for return.
